Join Fusion Fit February: 29 Days of Fitness and Fundraising Fun

Hello, fitness enthusiasts and changemakers! We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Fusion Fit February, an exciting initiative by Active Fusion that aims to bring people together for a month of fitness and fundraising. Get ready to stay #FusionFit and make this leap year’s February the healthiest, happiest, and most impactful month yet! 

 

Why Fusion Fit February? 

This February, let’s come together to not only achieve our fitness goals but also make a real difference in the lives of children and young people. By participating in Fusion Fit February, you’ll be helping to raise awareness and vital funds that contribute to saving lives. With an extra day this year, courtesy of the leap year, we have a total of 29 days to stretch ourselves and make this February the best month of the year. It’s the perfect opportunity to focus on maintaining those healthy habits we kicked off in the new year and take our fitness journey to new heights. 

How can you participate? 

This February, why not join our mascot VIP and members of the Active Fusion Community of Fundraisers as they take on 2900 squats for charity. Squatting not your type of challenge? Here’s what the rest of the Fusion Family Mascots are doing to stay active this February. 

  • Zip and his friends will be wheeling their way to 10K a day.
  • Pip and his parents will be running (sometimes walking) a mile every day.
  • Whilst Kip is committed to hiking 29 miles, in just one day! Now there is a challenge!

Whether you prefer solo workouts, group activities with friends, or family fitness challenges, Fusion Fit February is open to everyone. Run, walk, wheel, squat, or star jump your way to fitness while simultaneously raising funds for a great cause.
