Active Fusion has a legal and moral responsibility to implement policies and procedures that provide a duty of care as a charity and to all children and young people we serve.

Our Safeguarding Policy safeguards their wellbeing and protects them from abuse or poor practice on any grounds.

Active Fusion appreciates that its work with young people living in areas of deprivation requires that it to take a contextualised approach to safeguarding. This means acknowledging the extra risks posed to young people due to the community they live in and social factors impacting upon their life.
