Business

Working with businesses.

We want to connect with businesses who want make a positive impact on the physical health, mental wellbeing and life chances of young people in your local community.

The Problem

It might not come as a surprise that the UK’s top 100 national charities attract one-third of voluntary public donations. But, considering there are nearly 170,000 charities officially registered the smaller local charities often get left behind!

We understand return on investment (ROI) is hugely important and if a specific event or initiative can make a positive impact on the bottom line, it’s likely a business with back it. More and more businesses are labelling ‘giving’ as a currency – something that they can utilise in their own recruitment, staff engagement, tendering and marketing activity.

Social Responsibility improves an organisations public image and relationship with staff and consumers. Customers want to trust organisations they engage with. Employees want to work for values-driven employers and investors want to know that a company is addressing its ethical responsibility. The IIC giving platform is the perfect place to benchmark, record, evidence and report your support.

Why doing social good is good for business:

It feels good to do good

Socially responsible actions can be profitable

Attract the best workforce

Better employee engagement and performance

Brand differentiation

Attractive to stakeholders

Reduces negative impact of your business operation

Contact Active Fusion
“URIS Group support local charities as a way of giving back to the communities that we work within; it is a great motivator for staff to know that what they are doing makes a direct impact to a local charity close to home. Many of our employees have children who have benefitted directly from the positive work that Active Fusion do to promote a healthy lifestyle and so it is a fantastic opportunity to be able to work with Active Fusion and donate funds from fundraising activities when the opportunity arises.”

URIS Group – Nadine Croft

The Uris group donated £1000 from staff raising money through office limbo, cake sales.

“Active Fusion professionally organised and executed our staff away day. They provided an award winning keynote speaker along with delivering team development training for over 60 members of staff. The day was insightful and stimulating leaving staff feeling engaged and motivated. We could have bought a company in but we knew the teams passion would inspire the staff and we wanted to give back to a worthy charity.”

Leeds University – Andy Lockwood

“The buzz you get from working with an organisation that is purely focused on ‘how they can benefit others’ is quite grounding and really helps drive your own purpose. I have benefited ‘as a supplier’ from being part of their endeavour to help children in the Doncaster area have a better relationship with sport and physical activity.”

Be More LND – Kurt Lindley

“Active Fusion’s mission and values are very much aligned with our own and supporting and improving the health and wellbeing of young people in Doncaster is in our view vitally important.”
