Our beginner’s leadership award gives young people the opportunity to build upon the leadership skills they may have developed at primary school. Many primary schools access our Fusion Leaders training or run their own Change for Life Crews or Playground Leaders.
This award branches the gap between primary and secondary school leadership with the aim of preparing them for a formal Sports Leaders Award.

3-hour workshop which involves mainly practical based activity whilst completing a workbook.
Workshop offers the opportunity for young people to experience a range of leadership roles.
Nationally recognised leadership qualification which is designed to give young people the first steps into leadership.

Nationally recognised leadership qualification which is designed to build upon young people’s skills. The qualification looks at how skills and knowledge can be transferable from leading sport to the workplace.

This course is designed for young people aged 15 years plus (17 when completed) to enhance their leadership skills. By the end of the course the participants will be able to independently lead purposeful and enjoyable sport/physical activity.

Dance leadership is the perfect way to diversify your enrichment & leadership offer and engage less sporty students in physical activity and leadership.
The sessions use dance to teach young people how to lead physical activity sessions and develop their employability skills.
We offer volunteering opportunities, alongside work placement for students looking to kickstart a career in coaching and PE.
