Active Fusion has welcomed the announcement by Chancellor Rishi Sunak that the flagship Kickstart scheme will be extended and the £3000 incentive for schools, businesses and other organisations hiring an apprentice will be extended until the end of January 2022.  

With the high percentage of youth unemployment and the need for schools and community organisations to access extra capacity to support with improving young peoples Physical Education, physical activity and mental well-being employing an apprentice is a positive solution.Lindsy James, Director.



In his speech for the Conservative Party Conference, the Chancellor stated: “The job is not done yet and I want to make sure our economy is fit for the future and that means providing the support and skills people need to get into work and get on in life.”
