Fusion Charity Ride

What’s the route?

Riders are asked to arrive at 7:00 AM sharp (don’t worry, we’ve got butties!), where they’ll be welcomed with FREE hot and cold drinks and a hearty breakfast sandwich to fuel up before the ride.

The staggered rollout begins at 7:30AM, no need to worry, there’s no mass stampede! Riders will set off in one of four groups, each led by friendly, experienced ride leaders, with paces ranging from 14 to 20 mph.

The Fusion Charity Ride starts and finishes at Torworth Lakes. From there, riders will cycle eastwards toward the East Coast, heading around the Cleethorpes area (free fish & chips included) before returning to Torworth Lakes for live music, discounted rustic pizzas, a charity raffle, and more surprises than a mystery tour! 

The total distance is approximately 113 miles round trip, with around 3,700 ft of elevation. The exact turnaround point near Cleethorpes is still to be confirmed, but the route will offer a mix of peaceful countryside roads and coastal scenery.

What’s the entry fee?

There is no official entry fee for the Fusion Charity Ride. However, participants are encouraged to make a minimum charitable donation of £50, which will go directly to Active Fusion, supporting their mission to help children and young people thrive through sport and physical activity.

Please note that this is not an official event. Riders take part at their own risk and must be fully self-supported, as there will be no official signage or marshals. Riders should prepare accordingly and follow standard road rules throughout. One support car will be available on route.
